Practice Of Applying The Fadeeev Sieve

Practice of using Fadeev sieves

Sieves of new geometry during cleaning solve problems that cannot be solved with the same productivity and the same quality on traditional sieves. For example, cleaning flax or separating halves of legumes, including soybeans.

These sieves also effectively remove weed seeds from a heap of cereal grains (wheat, barley, oats, triticale, etc.). A large number of weed seeds are smaller than cereal grains in terms of the thickness of the achenes. And the sieves of the new geometry rotate the achene and calibrate them according to thickness - according to the smallest size (of three).

I took the sizes of achenes from the atlas of weeds and it turned out that forty-one of them had achenes less than 1.7 mm thick. And from such a sieve, almost all changes of grain crops will come off, and the weed seeds will separate (pass).
