Wheat

Wheat. Gentle fractional technology for the production of strong seeds
For corn and sunflower seeds, the size of the seeds does not clearly demonstrate its advantages; for cereal grain crops there is no doubt. High yields are obtained from whole, large, heavy seeds treated before sowing with protective drugs and inoculant.
Injury is unacceptable. Special studies have shown the dependence of yield on the type of injury to wheat seeds.

In strong large seeds, even the relative proportion of the embryo as a percentage of the mass of the achene is higher than in seeds of medium weight and, of course, higher than in small ones.

As is known, embryonic roots provide up to 70% of the harvest and accompany the formation of seeds until waxy ripeness. So, STRONG wheat seeds have from 5 to 6 germinal roots, and small and medium-sized seeds have from 3 to 5 germinal roots.

Therefore, STRONG SEEDS of wheat and other cereal grains germinate together, even if they are buried 5-6 cm during sowing (with a moisture deficit this is very significant). Research has shown that due to selectivity in seed formation, seeds in the center of the main stem have the highest potential, i.e. those seeds that are formed earlier than others.

We have only proposed a technology for isolating exactly these seeds from the seed material. Our patented sieves allow you to select seeds according to their quality already at the calibration stage. Such sieves calibrate seeds according to the smallest (of three) sizes - thickness. This is essentially calibrating the seeds based on the amount of nutrients they contain.

It is from this large calibrated fraction that heavy seeds are isolated at the subsequent separation stage. Studies have shown that in one ear, seeds of equal size differ in density.

This is very important, because it is necessary to sow heavy seeds. They have more nutrients not only in volume, but also because they are densely "packed". This is primarily about starch, which during germination is broken down by enzymes into simple sugars that enter the germ through the scutellum.
Such separation of heavy seeds is performed in our technology on a pneumatic vibrating table. Processing of wheat seeds before sowing is mandatory!

We perform this pre-sowing treatment using a gentle two-component (separate drug and inoculant supply systems) dressing agent, which also significantly affects the yield.
Comparison of germination of STRONG SEEDS and conventional ones at the landfill (large areas in Kazakhstan).

My motto is Do not occupy the land with weak seeds, spare your labor and money!
The next material will be about soybeans.
